Anna Costello, is the founder of Constructing Wellbeing. She is a BACP Accredited Counsellor and had 19 years experience of working with individuals and groups. Championing positive mental health has always been a priority in all of her work. As individuals our mental health can be affected in many different ways and poor mental health can have an enormous impact on our day to day lives. A relationship between drugs & alcohol use and poor mental health often co-exists. Anna has spent several years working in drug and alcohol treatment centres, delivering therapy groups and psycho-educational workshops.
Anna has expertise in delivering information on drugs and alcohol and mental health problems, as well as sign-posting to the right support services. This dual approach has proved to be an effective springboard to change for many of her clients.
