About the training
By responding effectively to behaviour, you achieve more. Goals are reached faster and you make a connection with others faster. In the training you learn to understand your own behaviour and to accept the behaviour of someone else because you see patterns more quickly. This is a practical training; not only about theory, but also about learning to respond to behaviour in practice on the basis of your own cases. This will enable you to communicate more effectively after the training and to work together even better with customers and colleagues. A personal behavior test and analysis is part of the program.
Participants learn: - What is one's own communication style, the accompanying behaviour and the effect this has on others - Understand and appreciate the difference between people, resulting in better communication and cooperation.

You learn what the do's and don'ts of communication are, how to increase your influence and how to deal with resistance and other challenging situations in a way that suits you. These practice sessions focus on your daily practice and offers you inspiring and interactive exercises.
Training on insights and changing behaviour is important. Securing the desired behaviour is at least as important. Together with the client, Frank will contribute to embedding the desired behaviour. For example, by coaching the manager(s) on the desired output and securing this training.
