About the training
#TAP #Simple, Effective and Very Informative #Plenty of good humor #First-hand experience #Stay Safe and Healthy #Working Abroad
This TAP will provide the audience with a very colorful and essential mixture of potentially hazardous situations, which could otherwise easily turn into a crisis, the potential risks involved, controls to mitigate risk, pitfalls to avoid, pointers about documentation, images, general advice, and solutions… all presented with a good portion of humor! This TAP is aimed at the following: • Senior managers to enable them to interact given opportunities and commitment. • Heads and staff of human resource (HR) departments. • Managers and supervisors who are directly responsible for their staff when they‘re traveling and working abroad. • Staff who are actually doing the working and traveling abroad so they‘re also aware of information at first-hand. Follow-up Given this is not only a TAP session, but the second part of the Package is also to meet directly with respective managers for exchanges and duly provide consultation and advice given the necessity. Therefore, this initial Package is designed to cover 2 days. Additional days is an option where the necessity is foreseen (i.e. potential to audit at a later date, undertake refresher training periodically / annually or initial training in any of the company‘s other locations – if applicable).
One of the biggest advantages of training is a trainer having had first-hand experiences
It will remind or inform audiences about the basic necessities to ensure that whoever deploys abroad in the future will be able to successfully do their job and come home just as healthy and safe before they left
Meet and greet (CEO, managing director, local head-of, etc.)
Commencement of the TAP: Icebreaker
TAP via headlines, bullet points, scenarios and props with plenty of audience interaction
A question and answer session at the end
Meeting(s) with HR and managers to discuss the ‚is‘ factor and if or where there is a potential to improve upon existing policies, procedures and practices given Gary‘s TAP presentation
Creating and maintaining awareness – given the necessity. The potential to consider, identify, plan, prepare, implement and present in-house training and low-level, periodical toolbox talks by HR, managers and / or supervisors
The potential for identifying and (action) planning aims and objectives where necessities are foreseen
Conclusions, wash-up and dispersal
