During your life as a business analyst or a consultant, you will need to know how to create various financial models which are built for both external and internal users. On top of that, you can use financial models for Business valuation and project financing (PFI) purposes. The most typical situations when a business analyst or a consultant has to prepare such a model is a buy or sell of a company (you may be acting both on the sell and on the buy side) or financing the purchase of capital equipment, building new production lines, financing investments in R&D, etc. Financial models are also built as a part of the strategy, turn around, and due diligence projects. The aim of this course is to teach professionals from various industries to build a fully-fledged financial model in the most effective way. To every lecture, you will find attached (in additional resources) the Excel spreadsheets shown during the Lectures so as a part of this course you will also get a library of ready-made analyses that can, with certain modification, be applied in your own work. At the end of the course, the lecturer will provide you with professional PFI/valuation model which you can use for your own analysis.
