About the trainer:
Dr. Jasna Pleho has been working in the IT industry for over 21 years. Professional development path has passed from positions such as system administrator, DB administrator, web designer, IT manager and manager. For the last 10 years, she has been involved in project management on various IT projects. Currently working as a Project Manager at King ICT d.o.o. and is a certified project manager with a world-renowned PMP certification. In addition, Jasna has been working as a professor at the American University in BIH for five years, she is a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, GIS and IT applications. She is a lecturer at both Academy387 (Project Management, GIS, MS Project) and Microsoft Skills Center (CAPM) where she realizes his great love - knowledge transfer. She is currently the President of the PMI Chapter in BiH.

The course is designed to introduce students to all major characteristics of the project recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI). This course about project management is not just focused on project managers; it is far more than just another training for project managers. This training is focused on all other team members, business analysts, all agile roles and it clear up the roles, obligations, and influence of each person in the projects.
During the 35 hours, the students will listen to interesting lectures and participate in interactive workshops, thus acquiring the appropriate knowledge that they will be able to successfully apply in practice. By attending the course, the student receives 35 credits which are a prerequisite for applying for the Project Management Professional (PMP) examination. PMP is one of the most respected, internationally recognized certifications in project management. During this course, the trainees will learn about five processes - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, Closing of the Project. By going through practical examples, participants will be able to adapt more easily and comprehensively a complex project management process. The course has been updated in accordance with the PMBOK® Guide - Sixth Edition - www.pmi.org.
The complete work is based on a lecture and interesting exercises that will help participants to follow a project through all its processes and areas of knowledge.
