About the training
This executive workshop provides all directors with comprehensive information and equips them for the practical application of enterprise risk management. It explores both the positive and negative aspects of risk and aims to provide those attending with improved knowledge and practical skills in the leadership, assessment, and treatment of organizational risks.
The board has overall leadership, responsibility, and accountability for organizational governance, risk and compliance culture. There is a growing expectation of directors to have appropriate levels of risk management knowledge and to be able to interrogate the emerging reputational impact of poor governance before it is too late. This session provides a practical view of what board members (both executive and non-executive) and board stakeholders need to know and do about protecting capital, sustaining brand value and maximizing profit.
