About the training
Duration: 2 days
Purpose: Introduction to Agile methodologies and Mindset, deep understanding to Scrum Framework and preparation to PSM Certification
In the first part of this training, the participants will gain a deep insight into the agile world, including the Agile history, usage and statistics of agile methodologies, agile mindset, principles, and values. After this introduction, we will deep dive into the Scrum world and elaborate on the roles, artifacts, and events of Scrum methodology. The second day we will be gaining insights about the most recent and popular agile scaling frameworks, product ownership, requirement engineering, user stories, estimation, and planning cycles.
There are lots of interactions, gamification, and real-world scrum project simulation, which enables participants a better understanding of the content, which passed on during the training.
The scope of this training is aligned with the Professional Scrum Master Certification of Scrum.org. Thus participants can consider this training as a preparation of the certification.
