Maria Zlotnikova has more than 14 years of experience working as a Facilitator and Coach with an array of international and local companies all over the globe. Training in psychology and sociology coupled with working experience in big and small companies has given Maria a broad perspective that has been instrumental in her work with clients dealing with various kinds of challenges. Maria deeply enjoys working both with groups and with individuals. Her focus is on supporting people in their transformation process using a variety of models and instruments.
