About the training
#Develop leaders with intercultural skills and global mindset #Understand intercultural mistakes #Prevent intercultural mistakes or misunderstanding #Develop more effective and trustful relations with international interlocutors #Consider cultural differences in developing and implementing international strategies
One of the main mistake in working with people from other countries is to think they think they same of you: that they have the same priorities, the same social etiquettes, they communicate in your same way, or that they have your same motivations. Cultural differences impact on how people perceive, interpret and behave in a same situation. The ability to take in consideration these differences, and behave adapting consequently, or integrating local cultural specificity, is the key to the success of international and global managers. It’s demonstrated that global organizations have global-minded leaders, with high intercultural competence.
