During my 28 years of international corporate career, as Manager, Director, and Executive, I’ve coached and trained generations of professionals, supporting their career goals and company goals, as well. In many situations, I was asked to start a new office or a new company or to lead a company through challenging after-acquisition period. Therefore, it was part of my job to coach the whole company.
Two years ago, I’ve decided to focus all my attention and ability on sharing my knowledge and experience with professionals and companies through coaching and training. I am MSc Math and Computer Science, ICI certified Coach, NLP practitioner, and Transaction Analysis, trainee.

We work and live in a feedback culture. We receive feedback wheatear we want it or not. Feedback is, simply put, information and opinion about the results of the prior action. We use the output of one’s past acts as an input for his/her future action. As such, feedback is an extremely powerful mechanism for the improvement, not only of an individual but for the organization itself. Yet – it is not always used as such. To increase the likelihood of a positive change infused by the feedback, this workshop is created. It is for all formal and informal leaders and managers, first. Then, to ensure feedback culture is part of the everyday business environment and culture, it is recommended to offer this workshop to all employees. As much as it is important to practice how to give feedback, it is equally important to know how to accept feedback. Special attention is on difficult conversations and conversations with difficult people. While the workshop is business-oriented, mastering feedback means the reveling emotional and human side of participants while learning how to keep a professional attitude and comfortable distance. Training is an interactive workshop, which is performed in small groups of up to 20 participants over two days.
The goal is to facilitate an empowering environment for practicing and mastering giving and receiving effective feedback with the aim of creating a supportive, efficient and effective work environment
