The resulting effect are breakthrough solutions that impact performance and results, critical to Agile and complex business environments. The facilitation covers a structured process to participate with thinking processes that challenges weak assumptions, dissolves conflicts, catalyzes insights, emerge 'win-win' solutions and drives the bottom-line results.
The workshop will deliver 5 thinking process models used for clarifying root causes, dissolving conflicts, discovering solutions, effecting change and eliminating resistance to 'buy-in'. The process is set by using the participant or team's 'impossible' goals as an entry point to hold the atmosphere for an evolution of thinking that makes change possible.
