He spent many years in Financial Services, roles included Head of Merchandising, Process Design, and CRM. Data Protection was always been on his agenda and since setting up his business fourteen years ago, he has worked across many different business sectors. For the last four years, he has been working solely on GDPR and its implementation into businesses.
This has entailed auditing, policy writing, and training of staff members and teams on how GDPR affects their day to day roles. A member of the DMA and the GDPR Institut, he has written core training modules for the IDM (Institute of Direct Marketing) GDPR certificate which won an award. He also lectures MA Students at the University of Philadelphia on the global impact of GDPR.
