No two companies are alike. We define the program based on the needs of the organization, and each executive team, in order to resolve inability, dysfunction, tardiness, dishonesty, conflicting and hidden agendas, that are in the way of success.
Logistics: T2 Team proposes/agrees on the topics with the program champion(s), defining the objectives and optimal results before engagement.
The sessions are scheduled based on the team’s availability. T2 Team Leads the 2-3 hour sessions. The Excusive team members prepare for each session through a guided process. Materials are provided by T2 Team. Personal coaching, help in transitions, etc. are often included as a part of the program.
