I was working for several Companies in various type of work with a background in sales and customer support before I started developing in Education, working as a Trainer from 2014., which is also my current job in the biggest Insurance Company in my region. At this job, I have experience with a big list of training for Company employees, like professional product training, sales skills, soft skills, customer psychology. This type of work provides me everyday chance to be creative so I enjoy creating E-learning courses where I can provide support for my colleagues to master some very hard material (ex. legal regulation, products characteristics, claim process) with playing the game. Constantly trying to extend knowledge and improve skills with further education and following the latest trends. I am also a huge sport fan which is my biggest hobby.
