About the trainer:

Ziyad Jawabra is an Intercultural and Management Trainer and has extensive experience working for multinational corporations in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, and India for over a decade. Has trained more than 250 thousand employees in these countries. His roles and responsibilities have included marketing, business strategy, and consulting in the industries of oil and gas, technology, and management services. Building on his intricate knowledge of both Eastern and Western cultures, Ziyad has since progressed into the field of human resource development, providing consultation and training for business executives to strengthen business relationships, enhance communication across different organizational levels, and streamline processes to better facilitate the management of businesses across international borders. Participants cover the gamut of ethnic backgrounds, spanning across a wide spectrum of roles, functions, and levels of seniority in various industries. Ziyad was one of the presenters at SABIC, ARAMCO, SCECO, ALCOA, AMAZON, MAIDEN, STC, MOBILY, ZAIN, SHEVERON, KSC, conference, and workshops in Saudi Arabia. He has also participated in the training of ALCO, AMAZON employees in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. In 2016, Ziyad was awarded “Best Top 10 Trainers” by SCECO the Saudi Electrical Company in Saudi Arabia. Ziyad is a Jordanian, was born in Kuwait, lived in Kuwait, for many years and lived in India where he was graduated. His passion is traveling and has visited over 30 countries. He is fluent in Arabic, and English and can deliver training in those languages. He is now based in Saudi Arabia for the last 27 years to serve his clients throughout the region.
