Over the past decade, I had no intention of being an export & business coach. I was working in international sales for SME companies getting in touch with big players like Nokia, Amazon, Porsche, and Feltrinelli. I loved what I was doing: new people, new cultures, a lot of traveling and new amazing experiences. Along the way, I have studied intercultural communication and get to know the innovative practice of business coaching. Then something changed. In February 2010, on the flight back from Frankfurt a.M. to Milan Linate I took the decision: I want to start my own business as an export consultant. Everybody said I was crazy leaving full time and very well paid job to follow my dream. Well, I was and I am crazy, probably.
When I got my first certification in business coaching in 2013 I immediately started working as a business & team coach adding value to my job as a strategic consultant for sales growth.
I never stopped to be involved in creating export projects for my customers and during last years I have developed a new approach to the export business joining coaching to my 20 years experience internationally, that’s my export coaching business.
I'm known for my optimism and resilience. That is how I manage to be an ultra trailer running long distances up & down in the mountains. Now, I travel a lot being involved in sales & marketing activities to European companies, delivering shadow coaching, lectures, and consultancies to ambitious people.
Motivation, commitment, and engagement are what I am constantly delivering to my partners and customers and that’s also what I am looking for. What else?
