About the training
Successful collaboration stands or falls with good internal communication. In the three-day Communicative and Social Skills training course, you will become acquainted with the most important backgrounds of the informal and often unproductive rumor circuit. You learn how to remove blockages in personal communication and promote open communication based on personal analysis.
The training consists of a first two-day session in which theory and practice alternate, followed by a return day. The training consists largely of role play.
