I have evolved and grown as a Management Education professional from diverse experiences across Engineering, Banking, and Education industries, and entrepreneurship. I have deep expertise in Banking Operations (26 years) and Management Education (over 10 years) along with strong credible experience as a coach, trainer, turn-around expert on operational performance, culture building in diverse industries and geographical regions in the country.

I acquired a keen interest in training and education over the last two decades, and have always had a rather intense intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously compliment experience with current theory and concepts. This was after having procured a Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from premier institutes, and a mid-career PGDM from an IIM which was unusual in India at that time as I was one among the three oldest in my class of 120 students.

I then did a stint as a faculty member at the State Bank Staff College, Hyderabad and thereafter gave up a successful career in banking to dedicate myself to management education and coaching, for an opportunity to lead and direct a fledgling Management School promoted by an eminent Professor from XLRI, Jamshedpur. My tenure at this school led me to the discovery and development of the course on Critical Thinking, and to test its immense effectiveness in improving communication skills, self-confidence, assertiveness and effectiveness in interviews and discussions.

I am currently teaching Critical Thinking to the 2nd year students at the College of Engineering, Pune, as Adjunct Faculty, for the second time in two years.
