Why this training?
What distinguishes great leaders from merely good ones?
It is not IQ or technical skills, it's Emotional Intelligence: a group of five skills that enable the best leaders to maximize their own and their team’s performance. When senior managers at one company applied EI capabilities, their divisions outperformed yearly earnings by 20%. (Source: HBR/ Daniel Goleman). We are all born with certain levels of EI skills, but we can strengthen these abilities through persistence, practice, and feedback from colleagues and/or coaches.
1-day training course in-person, 8-18:00 (8 ½ hours):
Individual assessment, theory, and practice through exercises, role plays, and feedback.
The content structure can be adapted to your business context and team members.
Deliverables: Personal assessment, worksheets, certificate, 2 coffee breaks.
