Carmen Prodan is one of the first training specialists in Romania and is renowned for sharing her experience, passion, and enthusiasm during every course she delivered. Carmen has a Chemistry Engineer's degree and worked as a scientific researcher until 2005 when she started a successful soft skills trainer's career. In 1999 she attended the Train the Trainers Course held by Nick Baldock, one of the best-known UK trainers, who became her mentor. She has worked as an internal trainer in well-known companies in various fields, such as mobile telephony (Telemobil), construction materials (Lafarge); participated as Project Manager at Sensible on a Phare program dedicated to the professional development of pharmaceutical employees. In 2006 she established the training and consultancy company "Ability Development" (Cursuri ABD) and since 2009 she dedicates herself to the training activity. She authorized more than 15 vocational training programs at National Authority for Qualifications in Romania and since 2009 is a Specialist of the Commission for the Authorization of the Municipality of Bucharest- Romania. Carmen is also a lecturer of Communication, Negotiation, and Management at CEFORA Business School.
