David Rowlands began his professional career in accountancy, moving into training and human resources over 30 years ago, thus combining a sound business background and extensive experience as a management trainer, facilitator, and coach. He was Head of Training for a major public sector organization for many years and has more recently worked with large international corporations in the private sector.
