Dr. Malwina Bakalarska - Cultural Diversity Management Trainer & Consultant. She designs and conducts intercultural training, webinars & workshops for the public and private sector (eg. BNP Paribas, European Academy of Diplomacy, Laureate, Schneider Electric, Luxoft, Dupont, etc.) in Polish and English. The training is based on her own research projects conducted at the Institute of Mediterranean and Oriental Cultures of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She has traveled around Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East for over 30 years. Author of publications on intercultural issues.
