Everybody of us uses a multitude of brain functions in a spontaneous, habitual way every day.
Looking at the way a person uses his brain through the lenses of neuroscience, it looks like a real gym to train our brain as we do for the other muscles.
Through the exploration of the Whole Brain® model and the use of the HBDI® (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) diagnostic tool, referring to an international database of more than 2 million validated profiles, each person can develop a high level of awareness of its own thinking habits/preferences, the different ways of processing information, analyzing and solving problems, making decisions, generating ideas.
